I have been taking Pilates with Maddie for the past 20 years. She and her staff represent the best of the best in teaching, professionalism, knowledge and technical skills. Pilates has changed my life and I owe the change to Maddie and her staff. And they are all fabulous people!!!!!!

Maddie is an exceptional teacher! As someone who manages Fibromyalgia, her careful and considered instruction has made a huge difference in my pain level. She's an amazing listener and has a way to be both supportive and challenging at the same time.
