Nicole Zornitzer is one of the only accredited yoga therapists in New Jersey, and her education and clinical experience enables her to meet privately with clients. Yoga therapy is an individual experience that takes into consideration one's goals, past injuries, limitations, concerns, overall health, Ayurvedic constitution, and needs.
At Niyama Yoga Shalas, they pride ourselves in offering yoga asana, meditation, and the healing arts to all yogis. Each class offering may vary in intensity; however, each is targeted for all yogis to experience. Our instruction is clear, mindful, and deliberate, with attention to safety, form & function. Therefore, while they offer a variety of styles of yoga, they encourage all levels of practitioner to come and enjoy all of the offerings. From a newbie to a seasoned yogi, their team of elite instructors all can teach multiple levels during any class.
