Excellence personified
Liv Breads is a gem. Their foods, breads, and people are top-notch. Their offerings are both rustic and charming, as well as thoughtful and modern. They combine flavors impeccably on their sandwiches, and their cookies are sinfully good. Just hoping for a return of the gingerbread cookie!

Excellence!
Liv Bread’s offerings are beautiful, unique and delicious. The atmosphere has a relaxing but fun vibe, complete with friendly staff. Every trip to Liv is a top notch experience that I feel blessed to enjoy. I’m so happy that the purveyors of this beautiful culinary experience are enjoying success.

A Neighborhood Gem
Walk in to an array of fresh breads, pastries and Mediterranean-style salads. As you wait in line, you can watch as bakers prepare fresh dough. The coffee, served with a bite of the heavenly pastry, is equally as good as the food. Truly my happy place.

Among the best we've ever had
Years before we moved to Essex Country from Brooklyn, our family in the area were already talking about Liv Breads. When we moved out from the city, we knew that one of the very first stops we had to make was a to this bakery and we haven't stopped! We're in at lease once a week. We truly cannot pick a superlative -- everything they make is excellent and the staff is always warm and helpful. We have built our own family traditions around Liv Breads -- we love them!

The best!!
Since I discovered Liv Breads its become my favorite bakery. They are delightful, helpful and their chocolate babka and challah is the best. I am a fan of the seeded Italian loaf and the carrot cake too. Oh and the cookies are to die for (gingerbread, oatmeal raisin and chocolate chip)! My family in Florida, Maryland and NJ ask "are you bringing Liv breads this trip". Everyone recognizes their logo. And during the pandemic they kicked into gear and provided delivery service of essentials (including the pastries etc). Hats off to Elana and Yaniv and their wonderful team!

This shop has THE BEST breads and pastries. OH MY God.!!!!!! You MUST go there. Once you do, you will be hooked as I am and will continue to go back to try everything You will not be disappointed.
The most amazing seed crisps
We wandered in just before closing last night. Friendly customer service and we bought a package of seedy crisps that is incredible. We will be back!

Liv Breads makes the best pastries. Their brioche are incredible! Their chocolate rugelach, soft, rich and amazing. Good coffee, and atmosphere, wonderful service. I come in every time I am in in town!
