Sufganiyot, or donuts, are a Hanukkah treat, traditionally fried and filled with jam. Liv Breads bakes up its own version, by filling baked brioche buns with strawberry jam, dulce de leche, or nutella. Keep the fried food to latkes! Once you've tried this light and fluffy version you may never go back to fried donuts!
